Anthony Gibbs

Born in 1951, Anthony Gibbs has been drawing for as long as he can remember. He studied at the Bournville Scholl of Art and has exhibited at the Mall Galleries, London, Nature in Art, Gloucester and Colmore Galleries, Henley-in-Arden. He is concerned for the environment and is a member of several conservation charities.

With his intricate attention to detail, the rich texture, subtleties and play of light and shade have made him one of the country's most popular artists. His original paintings sell to eager collectors and limited edition prints of his work are always in demand. 'White Tigers Ever Watchful', was released in 1988 and was an instant sell-out not only in Britain but also in the United States.
