Gillian Hart
Born in 1955, married with three grown up children and living in Cheshire with husband Peter. Gill always wanted to follow her first love and become a full-time artist, she has painted part time on commissions taken through her husband’s fine art gallery, The Unicorn Gallery for many years before taking the step to give up teaching and concentrate on her dream to paint professionally. Having worked with young children for over 30 years she now depicts them in nostalgic settings. She is influence by the figurative work of the Spanish artist Royo, whose rich textures and energetic style excite her. She is an expert at showing the play of light and great contrast in her beautiful paintings. (VAT not applicable)
