The sun drenched pavements of Mediterranean
café society have provided the inspiration for John's
dazzling new pieces. His characteristic use of softly blended pastels and gentle
tints blurs the planes and angles until we believe ourselves to be gazing
through a heat haze. As with much of John's uplifting work, we are gently
reminded of blissful holidays spent soaking up the warmth, the atmosphere and
the chilled Chardonnay...
